Workshop fabrication
Specialised coded welding and pipe fitting
Various methods of welding the pipe spooling was performed for the project including:
GTAW and FCAW processes
Spool traceability
Coordination of multiple subcontractors including non-destructive testing (NDT), rubber lining and surface treatment
Liaise with the client to ensure Manufacturers Data Report (MDR) contained the information required for future reference including as built information and drawing updates
