GAME OF THRONES FROM TELLTALE (Escapist News Now)

Telltale Games revealed a new project they are working on with HBO set in the universe of a Song of Ice and Fire.

They will have a multi-year and multi-title partnership with HBO with the first episode premiering sometime next year. The episodic series will be coming to PC, Mac, and mobile devices but no specific gameplay details were given.

Telltale didn't say if George R.R. Martin will be collaborating with them on the project but let's all hope so. They did mention that they couldn't have a Game of Thrones game without epic battles. However, even though you will be swinging a sword every now and again, you won't be hacking your way through hundreds of enemies.
