Nicki Minaj goes tame glam on us at the 2014 MTV VMAs red carpet! This is Clevver’s Trophy Life with all your award season coverage. So Mrs. “Anaconda” herself showed up in this super short sparkly snakeskin dress at the VMAs in Inglewood CA at The Forum. The 31-year-old shocked us covering up her body, much unlike her “Anaconda” music video with a long sleeve dress! Her hair was side parted into old Hollywood glam curls and she paired the dress with nude pumps to accentuate her sexy legs. We like that Nicki is keeping with her Anaconda snake-slash-animal theme with the dress. We have a feeling this choice was supposed to be the calm before the storm. Nicki performed three times at the VMAs and including a wardrobe malfunction in the “Bang Bang” opening, lots of booty twerking during “Anaconda”, and even a backup dancer was bit by a snake in rehearsal!
