Guatemalan President Otto Perez Molina will testify before Congress today in relation to his alleged involvement in the corruption scandal rocking the country. The US$14 million corruption scandal involves high level officials and the country's customs and social security and health care system. A congressional commission has been established to investigate Perez's possible direct or indirect involvement and decide whether to strip him of immunity from prosecution.
