According to latest reports, Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is said to have met former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi in London in October 2014. Reports reveal that Swaraj, while in London to attend the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas celebrations, met Lalit in Kensington. The details of this meeting are not known. Swaraj is currently embroiled in a controversy after TIMES NOW revealed that she assisted Lalit in procuring a British travel document. Opposition parties have demanded her resignation over the issue.
