Greece's Tsipras flies to Brussels for crunch default talks

Greece says its international creditors have not responded to its latest proposal on a cash-for-reforms deal.

As negotiations on an agreement reach a critical stage, sources say no meeting between the leaders of Germany, France and Greece is planned for Wednesday.

Athens says Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is scheduled to meet Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Francois Hollande in Brussels. An official says the European Commission is also yet to respond.

The EU and IMF are offering more money as long as the Greek government accepts more austerity and reforms.

Athens must repay 1.6 billion euros to the IMF by the end of this month or it will default, putting its future in the euro zone in doubt.
