Emerson High School in Oklahoma City is getting some renovations, and in the process of ripping down walls contractors discovered some very old schoolwork.
Chalkboards filled with lessons and drawings that date back to 1917 were found, and they had remained intact over all that time.
Some were dated November 30th of that year and others December 4th.
The writings included history lessons on the Pilgrims, music, and math.
