Montana resident Josh Holm found this adorable baby moose calf bleating next to the corpse of its dead mother by, who reported the poor animal to stat wildlife officials, mistakenly thinking they would save young animal. After handing over the newborn to the park officials, they shot the orphan moose calf in the head as a 'mercy killing' before blowing up the three bodies to prevent bears and predators from eating the carcasses.
