Heavy rain, hail showers and lightning struck parts of Colorado on June 4, hours after two tornadoes were spotted within an hour of each other in Elbert County. At least four homes were damaged, according to the Denver Post, which cited Elbert County officials. The severe weather was brought by thunderstorms that rolled through the area.
