Israel has ramped up attacks on the Gaza Strip after a group sympathetic to the Islamic State took responsibility for firing rockets that landed in southern Israel, with no casualties or damage reported. Nevertheless, early Thursday morning, Israel bombed three resistance sites and some empty farms in Gaza. Interestingly enough, the group that fired the rockers said it was retaliating for Hamas's killing of an Islamic State supporter in a Gaza shootout on Tuesday.
