The 37th round of Colombia’s peace talks has concluded in Havana, Cuba. The FARC guerrillas and the Colombian government peace delegations have agreed on the creation of a Truth Commission. A peace advocate from Colombia's Communist Party said that such a body would help to clarify the dynamic, logic and facts, said one analyst.
