Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has announced that Colombian politician and right-hand man to that country's former president Alvaro Uribe, Julio Velez, accused of being involved in the killing of Venezuelan National Assembly member Robert Serra, has been captured. Velez is accused of financing the murder. teleSUR
