Enrique Iglesias suffered an injury during his concert at Plaza de Toros de Playas, Tijuana, México, May 30, when the Spanish star reached for a drone flying overhead. Unfortunately for the singer, his palm was sliced open by the blades of the drone, resulting in a nasty and very bloody wound.
