To complete the Levolution event on Dawn breaker you have to complete 2 easy steps, Once the Levolution event has been triggered you will see that the game time turns to Dawn ( Little darker and you will provide your team with places to escape tanks as well as shortcuts to and from the middle of the map and objectives

Step 1 There is a hole in the ground near objective B ( better detail in Guide below ) in the middle of the road and it has steps down to a GAS main. Turn the valve and you will her an alarm

Step 2 Head straight down the road to the opposite end of the map and you will see another set of steps ( there just past the Hospital ) go down an turn the valve.

This will now set off an alarm and a few seconds later the middle of the map including the bridge will explode and thats it
