ADNAN OKTAR: I seek refuge in God from the accursed satan, “The Messenger says, “My Lord, my people treat this Qur’an as something to be ignored.” (Surat al-Furqan, 30). Our Prophet (pbuh) places one single complaint to God about his community in the Hereafter. One single complaint. He says, “My Lord! My people treat this Qur’an as something to be ignored.” Did the Companions fully embraced the Qur'an in the time of our Prophet? Yes, they did. When did they abandon it? In this time. The Muslims of our time embraced superstitions instead of the Qur'an. They talk of superstitions on television until the late hours of the night. They mix the verses of the Qur'an with superstitions. They first talk about the verses and then about superstitions. In the Qur’an, our Prophet also complained about this great disaster. “My Lord! My people treat this Qur’an as something to be ignored.”
