The dark and dashing Randeep Hooda will reportedly play Kapil Dev on screen. A Mid-Day report says that Randeep will play the former Indian cricket skipper in Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan's film that will relive the Indian cricket team's World Cup victory in 1983.
