Salman Case: Judge Denies More Time to Prosecution
Almost a year after trial began in the 2002 alleged Salman case: Judge denies more time to prosecution involving actor Salman Khan, the defence closed its case on Tuesday. Defence advocate Srikant Shivde submitted an application to the effect to judge DW Deshpande, in whose presence the first prosecution witness deposed last April. The prosecution closed its case last week.
