"Superstar Aamir Khan has revealed that Mallika Sherawat had indeed auditioned for the of his wife in Dangal.
Rumour mills were abuzz last month with reports of the Murder actress vying for the role.
The casting for the sports biopic of wrestler Mahavir Singh helmed by Nitesh Tiwari is underway and Mallika apparently auditioned for the role of Aamir's wife."
