A police officer's body camera in Savannah, Georgia captured him being dragged by an alleged perpetrator's vehicle and nearly run over.

The incident occurred Saturday after the officer from the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call regarding a shoplifter at a convenience store.
The officer identified a young black male in his 20’s, Brandon Adams, parked in his vehicle outside the store.
