Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa warned of an international campaign to destabilize progressive governments in South America. He pointed to a permanent strategy by sectors of the opposition, aided by the mainstream press, to undermine the governments of Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, and Ecuador and called for unity of the progressive administrations in the region against such destabilization attempts. teleSUR
