Though no arrests have been made in the Boston Marathon bombings, media reported that authorities are interested in at least one person shown on CCTV footage holding a black bag moments before the second bomb exploded in a yet-to-be released surveillance video.

The man being sought is a white male seen in the video on a cell phone placing a black bag at the second bomb site outside of the Forum restaurant on Boylston Street before walking away. He was wearing a white baseball cap backwards and a grey hooded sweater under a black jacket at the time.

Media outlets have identified the footage as surveillance video taken from a Lord & Taylor department store on the Boylston Street. According to these reports the man was using a cell phone at the second bomb site when the first bomb exploded.
