An unidentified Pennsylvania man in his 70s has lost the right to live in an assisted living facility for simply being fun-loving and entrepreneurial.

The retired gentleman, who lived at a state-sponsored facility in Montgomery County, was significantly more mobile than many of the other residents, and is alleged to have had a little side business helping the less mobile seniors get booze.

Hoping to maximize his happiness in the twilight years of his life, the elderly bootlegger used the money he earned to entertain hire-able young women. But after staff found one of his dates hiding under his bed, he lost his bed and his government housing subsidy.

This is not how we should be treating our elders.
