After two inconclusive trials, a man in California has been found guilty of throwing his 4-year-old daughter off a cliff in Rancho Palos Verdes in 2000. 


In previous proceedings, which concluded in 2006 and 2009, the juries were split between whether the act was intentional or accidental. 


This time around, the actions of Cameron Brown were deemed to qualify as first-de
