A sex at gunpoint case has seen Chicago woman Cierra Ross charged with assaulting a 33-year-old Illinois man. Cierra Ross allegedly forced the man to have sex with an second unidentified woman at gunpoint in the backseat of a car after he accepted a ride.

The man was walking along a block in North Kingsbury early one morning when Cierra Ross pulled over and offered him a ride. While she was driving, she allegedly pulled out a black revolver and order the man, who was in the passenger seat, to have sex with her friend in the back.

They ordered he remove his pants, shoes and underwear before being sexually assaulted by the woman. They also took $200 in cash off of him and took his iPhone.

During the assault, the man saw a taxi nearby and took the opportunity to flee, running bottomless out of the car and into the cab, who drove him away from the scene.

Ross, who also uses the alias Octavia Brown is either 23 or 25 years old and is being held for aggravated criminal sexual assault and armed robbery. She has a prior charge of prostitution.
