A high school girl in Pington, Taiwan, was caught skipping class by her mom and severely punished in front of a local department store. The girl had planned to skip class and go shopping with classmates.

However, she bumped into her mom in front of the department store, and was asked to kneel down on the street. She started to slap herself under her mom's request, and then the mom took out a plastic water pipe. She started to lash the girl with the water pipe from both sides. Some passersby tried to intervene but failed to stop the mom from hitting her daughter.

The girl's classmate stood by the side, and was shocked by what she witnessed. Eventually, local police and the girl's father arrived and stop this public humiliation.
