Anna Rivera was pushing her 4-month-old daughter, Ivianah, in a stroller down an icy street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, when a truck caught the stroller and dragged it approximately 100 feet. Miraculously the baby was found unharmed.

"It literally took it right off my hands," Rivera told CBS. She started chasing after the truck when it turned right on South Union Street from Merrimack Street. Cars nearby frantically honked their horns at the truck, but the driver didn't stop until a pedestrian flagged him down. The baby in the stoller didn't just survive, she came out with a smile on her face.

It is believed the happened happened because the sidewalk was covered with snow, forcing her to push the stroller on the road. Rivera denies the accusations and said, "I would never put my daughter in that kind of situation," said in a report on WCVB TV.

Police say the truck driver, Gilberto Lizardo, said he didn't see Rivera and her daughter. Lizardo will not be charged.
