December 1st, 2013. Kansas City, Missouri. A scuffle between a newlywed firefighter and a police officer, turns fatal.

The newly released footage shows the final moments of 26-year-old firefighter Anthony Bruno.

After a scuffle with a cab driver on his way to a reception to celebrate his marriage, the off-duty fireman was apprehended by officer Donald Hubbard.

After identifying himself as an officer of the law, Hubbard is seen trying to handcuff Bruno, and in the process knees him in the head.

But the 42-year-old, is quickly overpowered by the firefighter who is 20 pounds heavier.

The officer is heard asking for help from bystanders before he's punched several times in the head.

Fearing for his life, Hubbard reaches for his weapon and delivers two fatal shots.
