Chilean President Michelle Bachelet has named a new cabinet in what is seen as an effort to give new life to an administration rocked by corruption scandals. She has replaced the incumbent Finance Minister with Rodrigo Valdez, an economist who has worked with major banks and the International Monetary Fund.
