In the two-part video, we see the teens outside an apartment block in Brookside Park, beating, kicking and throwing the man to the floor.
One jerk even takes a snapshot of the attack while screaming ‘World Star.’
The video then appears to show a second attack on the man in a wooded area. The teens are vicious in their attack on the mentally challenged man who screams over and over ‘what have I done?’
These heartless teens, who can’t be named as they are juveniles, have been arrested and we hope they get some time in custody to consider how they could be so cruel to a man who already faces so many life challenges.
