Some loved ones of the "Fallen 44" wants to reopen the investigation of the Congress about the Mamasapano incident. They are not convinced with the President's explanation about the bloody encounter. The lawyer of former Special Action Force (SAF) chief Getulio Napeñas insists that his client did not try to make a fool out of the President.
