The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) stands by their decision about the suspension order served against Makati Mayor Junjun Binay, even if the Court of Appeals (CA) released a temporary restraining order (TRO) favoring to Binay. For the DILG, Romulo "Kid" Peña is the acting mayor of the city.
