A group of lawyers are now preparing the charges they will file against Pres. Aquino after his presidency due to the Mamasapano incident. The majority of the Senate already endorsed the draft committee report which points out that PNoy is the one who's the 'most responsible' regarding the bloody turnaround of events at the Mamasapano operations.
