The road from Tramo to Andrews Avenue in Pasay is now closed. A girder launcher which is used in the construction of Skyway 3 fell over five vehicles. Because of this, 200 flights and thousands of passengers going to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) were affected.
