All eyes are on Bombay High Court! Salman Khan’s appeal against his conviction in 2002 hit and run case and his please for bail. The actor’s appeal is listed for admission on the board of Justic Abhay Thipsay, who granted him an interim bail for two days.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor, who is on bail for the last 13 years in this case, is not expected to be present in High Court when his appeal comes up for hearing.

And if legal sources are to be believed, Salman’s laywers Srikant Shivade and Harish Salve would be arguing his bail plea in the absence of the actor as he wasn’t required to be present under the law.

Advocate Amit Desai will be leading the defense. If Bombay High Court rejects his plea, Mr. Khan can then move the apex court. The hearing has begun. Stay tuned for more updates and don’t forget to subscribe to us.
