Thanks to a group of locals living in the rugged reaches of Queensland, Australia, a missing NASA super balloon has been found.
Recently, NASA forced one of its super pressure balloons, or SPB, to crash land in the outback of Queensland, Australia.
A group of cattle station workers living in the rugged area went out looking for it, and their search was a success.
According to one of the members of the search party, the first part of the balloon they saw was its big, white box.
Closer inspection revealed a mass of cables, cameras, and orange and white fabric that looked like a parachute.
As far as such crafts go, this was a particularly massive one.
