The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) wants to conduct a regular neuro psychiatric test to all pilots, flight attendants and cabin crew to all airlines. The inital result of the investigation of the Germanwings flight 9525 crash shows that the plane's co-pilot intended to crash it.
