Craig Hill is saying that God is in sovereignty which is different than in control. He said that we have to know "the Covenant" which is not contract but more close to promise. We have to be born again. You have to know the provision of covenant. You have to have confidence in covenant. He also talks about sins. We have to repent our sins and we have to truly believe in Jesus as our Savior and Lord!
