F. Chris Garcia is the recipient of a great training, one that has served him well all through his profession, and that has been the establishment for a lot of his prosperity as a long-term individual from the University of New Mexico workforce. He got his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from UNM in 1961, his Master's in Government from UNM in 1964, and his PhD in Political Science from UC-Davis in 1972.
