Lean Body Sweet and Spicy Shredded Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 lbs of pork tenderloin
3 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin
6 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup of Chicken Broth
Directions:
Slice the onion and layer it on the bottom of the slow cooker, add the garlic. Mix the seasonings together in a bowl (brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, and cumin), dry the pork off with some paper towels and rub your spice mixture all over the pork. Place the pork on top of the onions/garlic. Poor in the apple cider vinegar and chicken broth. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low 8-10 hours.
This recipe makes 12 4oz servings. In the video I incorrectly stated it only made 4-6.
