John D'Eri and his son, Tom, first opened the Rising Tide Car Wash in April of 2013 to provide his autistic son Andrew with a means of employment. Since opening its doors, Rising Tide Car Wash now employs 35 adults with autism. They not only provide a paycheck, but a place to make friends and build confidence by earning a sense of independence. Their employees take great pride in their work due to their keen attention to detail. You can rest assured that after these hard-workers are done with your car, it'll be the cleanest in town!
