More footage of Alex Salmond’s address where he joked that the Scottish National Party (SNP) would be writing Labour’s budget has emerged. The footage was filmed by an SNP supporter at a campaign event for candidate Ian Blackford on the island of Skye, off Scotland’s west coast, on Monday, April 13.
