Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro has demanded that large businesses respect the government and warned that they will face charges if they continue to engage in economic warfare by hoarding food. Maduro has also ordered further inspections in the search for hoarders of basic goods. His order comes after irregularities were discovered in a public food distribution company.
