As Barack Obama travels to the Florida Everglades this Earth Day to speak about climate change, the glamorous nearby resort of Miami Beach is trying to build its way out of trouble as sea levels rise. But some scientists warn this approach, funded by taxes from a property boom, might be storing up problems for the long term.
