Israel has finally decided to pay the Palestinian Authority tax revenues it has witheld since January in retaliation against the Palestinian decision to join the International Criminal Court. Israel's punitive measure prevented hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from receiving their monthly salaries. This morning, however, several Palestinian officials said that the Israeli government will turn the tax money over to the Palestinian Authority.
