A jury decided neighbors of an Oregon couple must pay them nearly $240,000 in damages and get their Tibetan mastiffs debarked after years of complaints.
Tibetan Mastiffs are an ancient dog breed, but for a couple in Oregon, they've been a present-day nuisance.
That is until a court ordered the neighbors of Dale and Debra Krein to debark their dogs within 60 days and pay the couple nearly $240,000 in damages.
They have put up with their neighbors' barking dogs for more than a decade.
The pair filed a lawsuit in 2012, stating the dogs would begin barking everyday around 5 a.m. and last for hours. The neighbors reportedly began breeding the dogs around 2002. &nb
