Well, co-producer Ahmed Khan already had an idea for the sequel even while they were shooting for the original. They wanted to see the response first.
Khan also divulged that both him and Bhushan Kumar would be happy to work with Leone again, who is also keen on developing a ‘Leela’ franchise.
