The Islamic State has released a training video that once again shows off their ability to produce high quality visual content.

One brainwashed jihadist can be seen practicing the rescue of a wounded soldier from the battlefield while several men fire shots in the sand around him.

The highlight of the video consists a mock Kung Fu battle complete with bad acting and special effects. The IS militants then showcase their ability to take apart a Russian-made Kalashnikov AK47.

The video ends with a lecture promising IS recruits that they will surely attain Islam’s highest honor: leaving the battlefield as a martyr.
