A 58 year old assistant professor touched a woman’s thigh while riding the subway -- but was caught on camera thanks to the quick-thinking victim.

The 26-year-old victim -- surnamed Wu -- and her attacker, identified as Professor Zheng, were riding the subway in Kaohsiung, Taiwan’s second-largest city.

Wu signaled two high school students to film the assault with their phones … on the video, you can watch as she yanks back the corner of his jacket to reveal the man’s hand resting on her thigh.

Professor Zheng’s reaction was to jerk his hand back. When questioned by police, he claimed he accidentally touched the woman’s thigh after falling asleep.

After all, he’s a highly educated professor and not interested in ‘things’ like her!

Regardless of whether you believe his sorry excuse, I give Miss Wu a high-five for exposing the assault and having the smarts to catch it all on camera.
