Bum caught in restaurant wall makes cops use chainsaw to get him out!

A Colorado man who was caught living in the ceiling above a restaurant is facing charges for second degree burglary and two counts of criminal mischief.
Stephen Graves, 36, fell through the ceiling at the Yard House in downtown Denver just after midnight on Dec. 10.
Yard House employees reportedly spotted him in the ceiling rafters and called police.
When Denver Police arrived on scene, they could not immediately find the man, but they found a space above the ceiling where Graves had apparently been living.
In the police department’s recently-released report, they describe the living space as “containing multiple wine bottle corks and a cardboard box where it appeared the person had been sleeping.”
After Officer J. Howard found the hideout, he found a tripped fire sprinkler in the boiler room. Graves likely set off the sprinkler when he fell through the ceiling, according to the report.
The sprinkler system flooded the restaurant and the hotel next door.
“It was an absurd amount of water,” said Pam Clough, who was staying at the Sheraton Downtown Denver Hotel. “Concierge staff was soaked, running around trying to fix things.”
Working around the flood of water, police searched for Graves.
They finally heard moaning coming from a wall near the door around 2:30 a.m. and removed a booth seat to find Graves’s foot protruding from the wall.
They eventually rescued Graves by sawing through the wall. He now faces charges of second degree burglary and two counts of criminal mischief.
