Delisha Barg was arrested on Tuesday for having sex with a 16-year-old-boy. But she herself was possibly the one who was taken advantage of.

Thirty-Four year old Barg was walking in her part of Baton Rouge, Louisiana last Saturday when a woman accused her of theft. The woman’s son tried to talk to Barg, but she was really intoxicated, so instead he walked her to her home.

Upon arriving there, the boy walked her into the bedroom and they proceeded to have sex.

However Barg claims to not remember anything about the whole incident.

She was taken to the parish jail and released on $10,000 bond
